As students are brought to and from school, it is expected that all traffic laws be followed.   Students, parents and visitors should use the cross walks.  Students should not be crossing the road outside of the crosswalk or without the crossing guard.  There is a designated “Drop Off Zone” just south of the main entrance along the road.  To drop your student off in the “Drop Off Zone”, please pull into the zone, pull forward as far as possible, pull over to the curb to let your student out, and then proceed through the zone and merge back into traffic.  Please DO NOT park in the “Drop Off Zone”.  Vehicles should not be parked in marked red areas, as well as in spots designated as “No Parking” zones.  In addition, please do not double park along the curb, or stop and let your students out unless you are pulled out of the line of traffic and against the curb.  It is unsafe for students to run through traffic, whether parked or not.  The crossing guard is there for the safety of all parties, please make sure you follow their directions and are courteous to them.  Please do not pull into the circle drive in front of the school right before or right after school.  This section of the parking lot is blocked off for the safety of students and others.  Please be extra vigilant during these busy times to maintain safety.
